The Douglas Fir tree is one of our tallest trees in the continental united states. This one sits at the base of Mt. Tabor in Portland, OR.

Peony

One of my favorite florists in Portland provided this rare type of peonies. I tried to guide the brush through all the ripples of these large pedals, and then outlines them with pen to give them some greater distinction.
